Before you book.

Do I need experience to train here?

No. We coach total beginners and experienced athletes side by side. Every plan is built from your assessment — not from a generic level chart.

Is this really a private gym?

Yes. Alpha Lycan is appointment-only. You will not walk in to a crowded floor. Every session has a coach and a known group of athletes.

What actually happens in the free 45-minute assessment?

A movement and strength screen, goal review, injury and training history, a short conditioning baseline, and a coach recommendation for the right program lane. No sales pressure.

What is the difference between private and semi-private training?

Private is 1-on-1 with your coach. Semi-private is a small group of 2–4 athletes, each running their own programme, all coached by the same coach inside the same session.

Can Alpha Lycan help men dealing with andropause or low energy?

We do not diagnose or treat hormone conditions, but we do help men rebuild structure around strength training, metabolic conditioning, nutrition habits, recovery, and accountability. If you are managing medical symptoms, we recommend working with your physician while we coach the training and lifestyle side.

How do I sign up?
