At Alpha Lycan Gym , we will be happy to help create a personalized meal plan! To get started, I’ll need a bit of information from you:

  • Dietary preferences: Are you vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc.?
  • Any food allergies or intolerances? (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten)
  • Goals: What’s your primary goal? (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, improved health, maintenance)
  • Activity level: Are you very active, moderately active, or mostly sedentary?
  • Number of meals per day: Do you prefer 3 meals, 3 meals plus snacks, or something else?
  • Favorite foods: Any foods you love or want to include regularly?
  • Foods you dislike or prefer to avoid?
  • Time available for meal prep/cooking: Do you need quick meals, or are you okay with spending more time in the kitchen?
