No. Here, we work with complete beginners as well as people who already have experience in functional training or weightlifting. Every session is customized to your goals and fitness level.
Yes, the studio is exclusive. You train at scheduled times, with at most small groups in the case of semi-private sessions. No crowds, no noise, no distractions.

In individual training, all guidance and planning are fully customized for you. In semi-private training, you work out in a small group of up to 8 people, receiving close attention from the coach while sharing the space and schedule with other students. Both options deliver excellent results — it just depends on your profile and preference.
